Pause menu and some other cool stuffs

I added a pause menu but the engine sound still runs even if paused (I’ll need to investigate that)

I stiffened up the suspension just a bit and made it less slippery.
thinking of adding skid marks and skid mark sound FX in the next update

Planned to make new maps so that the game stops looking like crap
